Shipping Policy

ITNOZ LLC is committed to customer satisfaction.. If you order an item that is not in stock, we will notify you of the delay as soon as we receive your order. To ensure the fastest delivery your package will be shipped via Federal Express, UPS or USPS.

Return Policy

ITNOZ LLC strives to provide excellent Customer Service, and we will do whatever we can to ensure that you're satisfied. Should you feel the need to return or exchange an item, please contact Customer Service for arrangement.

If you return items without contacting Customer Service first, you may be subject to paying the return shipping costs.
